Worst Confession Ever.

I. So. Need. To. Blog. About. This.

Today, after class, I decided to check out some stuff on the computer in the library.

There was a guy and a girl huddled together at the computer on my left and Carmen was on my right. Well, I didn't exactly see the girl and the boy, I heard their voices. The girl's voice was a sweet, little girl kind of voice, whereas the guy's voice was..there is only one word for this.. sissy. It was gentle and soft, unlike the deep tones of most guys.

Oh, by the way, before I continue with this post, I wanna let you know that I was NOT kaypoh-ing. I can't stop myself from listening, you see. Its not as if I could program my ears not to listen for that moment.

This was their conversation:

Guy: Um, I want to tell you something. Actually I wanted to tell you about this for awhile already..

Girl: Oh, ok, what is that?

Guy: Well,I don't think this is the right time to tell you this..maybe its too early..but..

Girl: Why?

My ears perked up. Was he doing what I think he was doing???

Guy: Well, I think you won't react the way I want you to react.

Girl: Wait, You're not changing class, are you?

Guy: (earnestly) NO! That's the last thing I want to do! No, no, no..That's not it...

Girl: Then? What?

She said it in that gentle, sweet voice which I know is fake and made me want to punch her.

Guy: Well, I don't really know how to say it..I think its not the right time..

Girl: Its okay, I'm very understanding.

Puke.

Guy: I....Love....

I knew it!! At this point, I was barely able to hold in my laughter. I think if those two weren't so into the conversation, they would have looked up and noticed my constipated expression staring intently at my computer screen. And then...

Guy: No, I think its not the right time.. Ill tell you another time.. It's really weird and all..

Girl: (Lowers her voice to what she thinks is a sexy voice) Now I'm curious.

Okay. Either the girl is really really thick, or she was just being nice and was pretending that she didn't know what his intentions are.

I was very very annoyed with that guy at that time. This faceless guy ( I didn't dare to peek and see what they looked like in case he thought I was eavesdropping. Tsk.) not only has won the award for the worst confession I've ever heard, but actually confessed halfway and backtracked.

I wanted to get up, kick him in the you-know-where, and stalk off, leaving them staring at my retreating back in wonder.

HAHAHAHA.

Anyway, at that point, I left. Must give them some (non-existent)privacy for the guy to either continue to confess and get rejected or accepted or nothing happens.

Ah, well. I think nothing happened anyway.

But can you imagine what it would be like if she accepted and they got married a couple of years later? What would they tell their kids? "I first told your mama that I loved her in the Taylor's College Library."

So unromantic.

To the guy, whoever you are, if you're reading this, no offence. At least try to find some privacy before you pour your heart out and gets overheard by a girl who would blog about it the moment she reaches home.

And sorry if I sound very...violent in this post. That's what exams for a week does to you.
